Terms

Customer – means a natural person conducting business activity registered in a national business registry, or a legal person or organizational entity without legal personality but with legal capacity, purchasing or intending to purchase Goods directly related to their business or professional activity.

Boxexpert.com (Seller) – the online shop operating at www.boxexpert.com, managed by Immersafe Group, with the following European entities:

Shop – the online store operated by Immersafe Group at www.boxexpert.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”.

Goods – products presented for sale in the Online Shop.

Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer (offer) aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement via the Online Shop. The Customer placing the Order must indicate the delivery address if it differs from the registered address.

Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Immersafe Group (relevant European entity) and the Customer via the Online Shop.

Legal Notice – this document defining the terms and conditions of sale of Goods via the Online Shop.

General Information

The Online Shop sells Goods via the website www.boxexpert.com.

Information published on the website, including descriptions, technical parameters, prices and availability, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, but constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract under Article 71 of the Civil Code.

Information on Goods is addressed primarily to commercial customers. Consumer protection regulations apply where required by applicable European law.

Receiving and Fulfilling Orders

Orders may be placed:

To place an Order, the Customer must:

  • select the Goods

  • select the delivery method and delivery address

  • provide invoicing details

  • select the payment method

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods. The Sales Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the Order by the Shop.

If some or all Goods are unavailable, the Customer will be informed and may choose:

  • partial fulfilment (available Goods only),

  • cancellation of the entire Order.

If payment has been made, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

The Shop reserves the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 30 days in cases where fulfilment becomes impossible. Any payments made will be refunded within 7 days from notification.

Changes to Orders

Orders may be modified or cancelled until dispatch.

Prices of Goods

All prices:

  • are listed in Euro (EUR),

  • are shown as net prices unless stated otherwise,

  • do not include shipping costs.

The product price valid at the time of placing the Order is binding.

Delivery is free for Orders exceeding EUR 99 net.
For Orders below EUR 99 net, a shipping fee of EUR 35 applies.

Order Processing Times

Orders within the European Union and Great Britain, subject to product availability, are delivered within up to 10 working days from confirmation.

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the shipment. In case of visible damage, a damage report must be prepared to facilitate claims.

The Shop reserves the right to exclude cash-on-delivery for Customers who fail to accept a previous COD shipment.

Right of Withdrawal

If applicable under EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the Goods, without giving a reason.

Returned Goods must be sent back within 14 days from the withdrawal declaration.

In case of withdrawal, mutual performances are returned.

Detailed withdrawal instructions and forms are provided separately in Annexes.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the European Union and Great Britain.

Delivery methods:

  • courier services

  • own transport (where applicable)

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days from dispatch, subject to product availability.

The Customer must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

Complaints

Transport damage complaints require a completed damage protocol.

Complaints must be sent to: office@immersafe.com

After complaint confirmation, Goods must be returned to the warehouse address indicated by the relevant Immersafe entity handling the Order.

Returned parcels sent cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.

Complaints are processed within 21 days of receipt of the returned Goods.

If the complaint is accepted:

  • replacement Goods will be sent, or

  • payment will be refunded if replacement is not possible.

Statutory liability applies in accordance with applicable law.

Data Protection

By placing an Order, the Customer agrees to processing of personal data necessary for Order fulfilment.

Customers have the right to:

  • access their data,

  • correct their data,

  • request deletion.

Governing Law

Sales agreements are governed by applicable European and national law of the entity fulfilling the Order.

The contract language may be English or another EU language, depending on the version of the Shop used.

Final Provisions

This Legal Notice is valid from 01 March 2026.

The Shop reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice. Changes become effective no earlier than 7 days after publication on www.boxexpert.com.

Orders placed before amendments enter into force will be processed under the previous terms.
