Late Payments

If the consumer fails to fulfil payment obligations on time:

  • The Seller will issue a payment reminder and grant a 14-day period to settle the outstanding amount.

  • If payment is not made within this period, statutory interest will be charged on the overdue amount.

  • The Seller is entitled to claim extrajudicial collection costs, calculated as follows:

    • 15% on outstanding amounts up to €2,500

    • 10% on the next €2,500

    • 5% on the next €5,000

Minimum collection costs amount to €40.

The Seller may reduce these amounts in favour of the consumer.

Cash on Delivery Restrictions

The Store reserves the right to disable the “cash on delivery” payment option for Customers who fail to collect a previously dispatched COD order, regardless of the delivery method.

The COD option may be reinstated after the Customer successfully places and collects a subsequent Order paid using a different payment method.
